Get in touch

What happens after you reach out

Fill out the form or call, and we’ll get back to you to set up a time to look at your roof. Let us know your address in Novi, what you are seeing, such as a leak, missing shingles, storm damage or a roof that is just getting old, and the best way to reach you.

A few things help us prepare: roughly how old the roof is, whether you have had repairs or insurance claims before, any photos of ceiling stains or damage, and whether your subdivision has an HOA that reviews roofing or siding changes. If you are working with an insurance adjuster after a storm, mention that too.

At the inspection, we look at the roof, flashing, vents and gutters, and the attic if needed, and photograph what we find. Then you get a written estimate with your options, from a simple repair to a full replacement, and financing details if you want them. There is no cost and no obligation.

Roofing questions

Questions before you call

Quick answers about getting started.

Do you serve my part of Novi?
Yes. We work throughout Novi, from the Haggerty Road side to the Wixom Road side and up to Walled Lake, plus neighboring cities.
Should I check with my Novi HOA before I call?
You don’t need to, but it helps to know whether your HOA reviews roofing or siding changes. We can give you the details they ask for after the inspection.
Do I need to be home for the inspection?
It helps, so we can walk you through what we find and check the attic or ceilings if needed. If you can’t be there, we’ll send photos and go over them with you.
Is there any cost for the inspection or estimate?
No. The roof inspection and written estimate are free, with no obligation.
Who handles permits for my Novi roof?
Roofing permits in Novi go through the City of Novi building division. Check with them for current requirements; we can talk through what your project will involve.
Can I ask about financing when I call?
Yes. Qualified homeowners can get 25 months same-as-cash on a full roof replacement with approved credit. We’ll go over it with your estimate.
